5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund after verification
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
